I thought this was an interesting view from the inner city. It is often overlooked and we often do not thin about the inner city and the opportunities that these children miss out on. Being from Orange County, you often do not think about these things are are often sheltered. It was a nice article and displayed awareness for the inner city schools. I give it a 10.
